Counter-Notification Process

• Identification of the material that has been removed or disabled and the location where it appeared before removal
• A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification
• Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to jurisdiction of the federal district court

Repeat Infringer Policy

GameHub has adopted a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances and at our sole discretion, access to our website for users who are deemed to be repeat infringers. We may also limit access to our website and/or terminate accounts of users who infringe any intellectual property rights of others, whether or not there is any repeat infringement.

Safe Harbor Compliance

GameHub complies with the safe harbor provisions of the DMCA. We do not monitor or review the content of games or materials hosted on third-party platforms that may be embedded or linked from our website. However, we will respond promptly to valid DMCA takedown notices and remove infringing content when properly notified.

False Claims
